Payments

Customers must make the reservation using a credit card. In this case, the total amount of the stay will be debited 7 days before the check-in date. If you choose to pay via bank transfer or paypal, a 30% deposit must be paid. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the reservation and the balance must be paid 7 days before check-in.

We have a cleaning service three times a week, from Monday to Friday, for all houses. Please note that we do not have a cleaning service on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays.

Please note that there is no holiday insurance included in the booking, so you may wish to opt for this solution through your insurance broker or travel agency, where you booked your flight tickets. We recommend that you consider the following items covered: cancellation, personal accident, medical expenses, lost luggage, cash robot, legal documents, etc. If you bring valuable pieces with you on holiday, please ensure they are always with you at all times. Always put your money in the safe or have it with you at all times. Valle Paraizo management has no responsibility for any personal loss. Valle Paraizo is not responsible and does not accept responsibility for any loss.

In an extraordinary case, very unlikely to happen, in which the house becomes unavailable, after confirmation sent to the client (and payment has been made in full), we will notify you. In the event that the house is sold or has an operational problem, every effort will be made to relocate it and/or find a better alternative, before reimbursing you in full. Our aim is to offer you alternative accommodation that is the same or better than the one booked. If an alternative is not found, we will refund all payments received.

If you have a complaint during your holiday, please inform the Housekeeper immediately, who will do her best to resolve the problem without delay. For any complaint, you can request the complaints book.
